Woda Metal Industry PLC had the honor of hosting a high-level delegation from China Shandong Province led by Governor H.E Mr.Song Junji and other senior officials, marking it as their first stop in Ethiopia. The delegation expressed their satisfaction with Woda’s innovative projects and urged the company to enhance its efforts to better serve Ethiopia and Eastern Africa. Shandong officials reaffirmed their commitment to supporting Woda’s future endeavors.
Shandong Province, known for its robust economy with a GDP surpassing $1.4 trillion, is a leader in industrialization, technological advancement, and global trade. The delegation highlighted these strengths and emphasized Shandong’s dedication to fostering mutual growth through partnerships like the one with Woda.
During the visit, Ethiopia’s State Minister of Industry (MoI) H.E Mr.Tarekegn and Minister- -Counselor Mr.yang from China embassy also joined the discussions, exploring avenues for collaboration and emphasizing the importance of industrial development in Ethiopia’s growth strategy.
